Went to Sick New World for the first time this year. I purchased a hotel and GA package. I loved the perks that came with the package. It did take a while for me to receive my wristband and there was some miscommunication from Jampack’s generic emails but Jampack staff was able to respond via email after I sent an inquiry and everything got sorted in a timely matter.

I used Jampack for Lovers and Friends Festival and it was super easy. I think my only complaint is the website for purchasing was a bit glitchy. It was hard to purchase tickets. The 2023 Festival itself was ran well. I had GA+ and thought the space was good. I would definitely buy other Festival packages through Jampack.

Organization was amazing, the arrangement on site was great, VIP section was nice.

I was super happy with everything, [Jampack] admin were easy to communicate with, had no problems with payments, emails etc. am doing it again next year!

Jampack made it easy for me to get my desired tickets with no hassle and convenience of payment plans.
