What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is unsuccessful, we’ll automatically attempt to process your payment using the card on file for up to 5 days as a grace period. During this time, your order remains secure. If you’re experiencing difficulties, our Customer Support team can provide additional assistance with your payment plan to help keep your order active.
How can I update my payment method?
You can easily update your card information in your account: 1. Click the menu icon (≡) at the top left 2. Select your user profile above Log Out 3. Choose "Payment method" 4. Select "Replace card"
